Bangladesh Street vendor are still now far away from organizing. Without strong organizations, vendors cannot access information about work opportunities, workers’ rights, changing demands, new designs and techniques, or other information that would allow them to escape the pattern of very low and irregular earnings. Isolation, invisibility and vulnerability make it difficult to organize informal workers.  This training enhanced capacity and knowledge of women street hawkers in Bangladesh to organize themselves and increase effective collaboration in addressing right-based approach, forming cooperative association and finance saving to cope up with adverse situation.
