  • If an RMG worker falls ill after half a day’s work and seeks leave, then authority counts it as full day leave.
  • No one can raise his/her voice for someone if there are any issues on worker rights.
  • Workers are the victims of bulling by their supervisor and/or their charge. They often use obscene languages.
  • Most of the time the worker didn’t get their letter of appointment and agreement for the job in RMG sector. Authority takes a signature in a blank white paper very often for further use as they like.
  • If authority knows that any of the women worker conceives baby, they try to dismissed the workers because they don’t want to take this issue into their account.
